So recently I made some purchases for my Imperial Guard army at The Broken Forge. I had to get some more infantry, a Valkyrie, and a Leman Russ Demolisher. I have to say that this is probably the most pleased that I have been with any online store I have dealt with. First off The Broken Forge provides a 25% discount on all 40k purchases. That alone makes them a worthwhile place to purchase from.
What I was really impressed about was their customer service. There were some back order problems with my order, but The Broken Forge did an excellent job of keeping me informed and letting me know what was going on. It turned out that the supplier shipped the store a wrong item for my order. So to fix it Phillip at the Broken Forge made my order into two separate shipments so that I could get most of it on time. The other day when I got the second half of my order in, that the supplier had messed up I found a freebie. To make up for the delay Phillip had included one of the new Leman Russ Battle Tank models for free. All I can say is that if you need to buy anything 40k the Broken Forge is the way to go, best customer service I have ever experienced.
